2. The competition

2.1 These terms and conditions govern all raffle competitions showcased on the Promoter’s website, residing at https://rafflewizard.co.uk/ (referred to as the “Website”).
2.2 The Promoter may present various formats for the competitions. Save for clause 2.3, each entry necessitates the payment of an entry fee.
2.3 To stand a chance of triumphing, every participant in the competition (referred to as an “Entrant”) must accurately respond to a question or unravel a predicament formulated by the Promoter (referred to as the “Competition Question”). In cases where the Promoter provides a straightforward or multiple-choice question, or if the Promoter does not pose a Competition Question, a complimentary entry pathway is accessible.

3. How to enter

3.1 The commencement and conclusion of the competition shall align with the dates stated on the Website, designated as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” respectively. All temporal references correspond to London, England time.
3.2 Should it become imperative, the Promoter reserves the prerogative to modify the Opening and Closing Dates. Should such alterations occur, the revised particulars will be exhibited on the Website. The Closing Date will not be extended solely to augment entry sales. The Closing Date will only be changed up to 4 times and that the opening date will not be changed once the competition is underway.
3.3 All entries for the competition must reach the Promoter no later than the stipulated time on the Closing Date. Entries received beyond this deadline will automatically be disqualified, with no reimbursement provided.
3.4 The maximum entry capacity for the competition will be explicitly stated on the Website. Should the maximum limit be attained, entry allowances may be curtailed.
3.5 Participants can submit entries repeatedly until the maximum quota is attained. Free entries necessitate individual submission. Bulk submissions will be disregarded and treated as a singular entry.

3.9 The Promoter disclaims liability for incomplete, misplaced, or delayed entries, irrespective of causation, encompassing equipment malfunctions, technical glitches, system failures, satellite interferences, network discrepancies, server irregularities, or any hardware or software malfunction.

7. Winners

7.1 The Promoter’s verdict stands as conclusive, with no avenue for correspondence or debate.
7.2 Following the Draw Date, the Promoter will promptly reach out to the victor via the telephone number or email address provided during the competition entry process. In the event that the victor cannot be reached, is unavailable, or fails to claim the Prize within 14 days of the Draw Date, the Promoter reserves the right to extend the Prize offer to the subsequent eligible Entrant chosen from the correct entries received prior to the Closing Date.
7.3 The Promoter is obligated to either publicise or make accessible information affirming the occurrence of a valid award. 8.2 Should there be any alterations to your personal details, including contact information, it is imperative to inform the Promoter promptly. Notifications should be conveyed to the Promoter via email at hello@rafflewizard.co.uk. These notifications must include particulars of the competition entered, your previous details, and your updated information. If changes occur within 10 days of the Closing Date, the Promoter will utilise your previous details for any contact attempts.
8.3 Any Cash Prize will be directly transferred to the winner’s designated bank account. The winner must furnish evidence of identification to prove their age and identity. Failure to comply within 14 days will result in disqualification from the competition, with the winner relinquishing the Prize. In such instances, the Promoter retains the right to extend the Prize offer to the subsequent eligible Entrant(s) chosen from the correct entries received prior to the Closing Date.
8.4 The Promoter disavows any responsibility and is not liable to offer compensation should you be unable to claim or choose not to accept the prize.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors shall not, under any circumstances, be held responsible or liable to compensate the winner or assume liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or fatality arising from the acceptance of the prize, except in cases where such occurrences result from the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Furthermore, you commit to engaging in any reasonable publicity endeavours mandated by the Promoter.
10.3 Should you opt out of participating in any publicity, you must notify the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. This choice will not impact your chances of winning the Prize. However, should you decline participation in publicity, the Promoter may still furnish your details to the Advertising Standards Authority. This is imperative for compliance with legal regulations stipulating proper administration of the competition and awarding of the Prize.
10.4 As the competition winner, you may be required to furnish additional personal information and validate your identity to confirm eligibility for claiming the Prize and effectuate the Prize transfer to you. Your consent is implied for the utilisation of your information for this purpose. You retain the right to request further clarification regarding the usage of your personal information. Additionally, you may withdraw consent for the use of your personal information in this manner, albeit doing so may impede the transfer of the Prize to you. Under such circumstances, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the competition, thereby forfeiting the Prize. No entry fee refunds will be issued in this scenario. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Prize offer to the subsequent eligible Entrant chosen from the correct entries received prior to the Closing Date.
10.5 Please be aware that according to data protection regulations, you have the entitlement to request the Promoter not to contact you and to remove your details from its database. If such a request is made, you will be considered to have withdrawn from the competition as it will not be feasible to contact you should you win. No entry fee refunds will be issued in the event of withdrawal from the competition. Should you prefer that none of your personal details be utilised by the Promoter for promotional purposes, kindly email the Promoter at hello@rafflewizard.co.uk prior to the Closing Date.
